All items that are in-stock ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within three to five business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Due to the custom nature of many of our items delivery lead times will vary.
Estimated ship times are located on each product page. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
Please refer to the chart below to calculate shipping costs. Some items require an additional shipping charge due to excess weight or special packaging requirements. If there is an additional shipping charge for an item, it will be noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge". Please add this amount to the standard shipping cost listed below. Other products may have a set or "fixed" price to ship that one item, and that ship price will be noted on the product page.
Drop ship items
With so many product choices we can't fit everything in our warehouse. Drop ship items are shipped directly from our manufacturers to your door. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding what items are in stock or will be drop shipping to know when you will receive your order.
Additional shipping charges
Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Artwork, lighting, glass and delicate items may need to be securely carted and packaged may require special handling fees. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge".
Delivery to Post Office boxes
Our deliveries are sent by either USPS, UPS or freight carrier. Post Office box delivery is not available on products that are shipped via UPS or freight carrier.
Delivery to APO and FPO addresses
Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post. Oversized items such as furniture, rugs, lighting are not able to be shipped via parcel post to APO and FPO addresses, therefore cannot be processed. There may be added shipping charges to orders weighting over two pounds. Additional shipping charges up to $15 will automatically be charged to your credit card. If the additional shipping charges are over $15, you will be contacted to approve these shipping charges.
Order status & tracking
When your order is processed, a tracking number will be assigned to the package and an email notification will confirm that the package has been sent. The email will include the tracking number for reference. Please note that if there are several items in one order, they may not all ship from the same location or ship at the same time. If this is the case, each shipment will have individual tracking numbers and you will receive notice and tracking numbers as each package is sent.
Freight shipping notes and delivery times
You can find a reasonable estimate of the delivery time specified on every product page. It is important to note that this is an estimated shipping time and can not be guaranteed by Ashley Rohe Home. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists.
It is important to note that once a piece leaves our manufacturer's facility, the remaining shipping time is beyond our control. Ashley Rohe Home functions as a liaison to ensure merchandise is transported safely to you, and although this process most often proceeds smoothly, delays and damages may be caused by the freight company. Ashley Rohe Home will do our absolute best to assist in getting your furniture to you in a timely manner and in good condition and will notify you immediately if we are made aware of any expected delays or problems. It is essential that you inspect all freight shipped items very carefully and DO NOT sign for your piece if you suspect any damage.
Premium in-home delivery for freight items
In-home delivery is available for many of our large furniture items. Upon delivery, our shippers will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice (transport for up to 2 flights of stairs is included with Premium freight delivery) and discard the packing materials for you. Assembly service is not included. If Premium delivery is available for an item, it will be presented as an option on an item's product page. The $100 charge is in addition to the standard freight shipping price and any applicable delivery surcharges.
When damages occur during freight delivery
While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition, there are some things that are beyond our control. We would like to claim that damages do not occur during transit, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Our freight carriers handle your pieces with great care but it is important to understand that from time to time damages do occur. If your piece arrives damaged, the freight company reserves the right to have the piece repaired and brought back to the manufacturer's standards at their expense. They do this by sending the piece to a furniture medic or back to the manufacturer for a repair/rebuild. If the freight carrier determines the piece cannot be repaired, you have the right to be reimbursed for your purchase or have another piece rushed at no additional charge and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
We accept returned items within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise noted) in original packaging and condition. - Email return information to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your return. We will contact you within 1-2 business days with details of refunding the item.
Please note that used candles or opened diffusers cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, not including shipping and handling, re-stocking fees, gift-wrap and return shipping charges.
Note: If for some reason you would like to return an item that had free shipping, the total refunded amount will equal the item price minus a 10% deduction for shipping return costs.

*Please note returns on eligible rugs, pillows, and mirrors that aren't defective will incur a 25% restocking fee based on the regular price of the item.

For holiday returns, our special policy on items purchased from November 1st to December 25th will be extended to January 31st of the following calendar year.

Custom, Personalized and Special Orders
Custom, personalized and special order items are not returnable or refundable. You have up to 1 business day from the order date to cancel a custom order and receive a refund. After 1 business day, custom orders are non-refundable.
No two pieces of wood (even from the same tree) will look exactly alike.
Lead Times and Delivery
Ashley Rohe Home is committed to a prompt delivery of your purchases. However, there are circumstances out of our control that could result in delays in production or delivery of your items if we have to depend on receiving orders ourselves.
Types of Delivery
Most deliveries will be made via USPS. Other services may be required for special sized or packing needs.
Receiving the Incorrect Item
If the product shipped is different from the order in the website account, we'll replace or reship item(s) at no additional charge.
Contact Ashley Rohe Home within 48 hours of receipt of your purchase. It is important to open and inspect all items at time of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
